King Bakery Peanut Butter Cookies

How to Make

Cream the brown sugar, sugar, shortening and peanut butter together — but not too much, or the cookies will spread flat and thin. About 2 minutes at just above low speed.

Add the eggs and let them mix in.

Add the cake flour on slow speed, then the baking soda.

Bake at 190 °C (original: 375 °F). Roughly 10–12 minutes. Don’t let the edges get properly brown.

4 lbs brown sugar
4 lbs sugar
4 lbs shortening
4 lbs peanut butter
mix that all up - cream it but not too much or they will get flat and thin.

1 qt eggs (16 large) . let those mix in
5 lbs cake flour. Mix it in on slow speed
2.5 oz baking soda
Makes 28 dozen
Bake at 375 degrees. Don't let them get real brown on the edges.

1/2 lb brown sugar
1/2 lb sugar
1/2 lb shortening
1/2 lb peanut butter
2 eggs
10 oz cake flour
2 tsp baking soda
