Adare Manor Pancakes
For pancakes:
- 8g caster sugar
- 120g egg whites
- 50g icing sugar
- 15g baking powder
- 320g plain flour
- 500ml milk
- 120g vegetable oil
To serve:
How to make:
Make a meringue from the egg whites and caster sugar.
Mix all other ingredients together in a large bowl.
Integrate the meringue.
