Hot Italian Sausage
Ingredients:
- 5 lb ground pork
- 1 cup cold red wine
- 1 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 5 tsp salt
- 6 large garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh ground pepper
- 3 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 heaping tbsp ground fennel
- 1 tbsp crushed chili peppers
- 5 tbsp paprika
How to make:
Mix all ingredients together. Use in any recipes calling for sausage meat or sausage chunks.
