- 3: Beef stew (beef, carrot, mushrooms, potato, celery, thyme, chopped tomatoes) with salad (mixed leaves, cucumber, avocado, tomatoes). Peach and strawberry salad.
- 4: Lasagna with salad (lettuce, tomato, basil, balsamic vinegar)

- 13: Steak wrapped in bacon. Roasted potato wedges. Romanian-style green beans (green beans fried with garlic, boiled and finished with parsley and dill). Ben & Jerry’s chocolate icecream with warm fudge sauce and graham crumb.
- 14: Rigatoni with prison sauce. Salad (lettuce, cucumber, tomato). Chocolate cake with graham frosting from Milkbar cookbook
- 15: Baked rigatoni with leftover prison sauce and mozarella. Tomato salad with basil and balsamic vinegar.
- 16: Fried chicken breast strips with buttermilk crust, hot buffalo sauce, tenderstem broccoli, roasted potato wedges and salad (radish with champagne vinegar for me, tomato with balsamic for Russ)
- 17: Pulled pork, homemade buns, corn cob, radish salad, tomato-cucumber salad.
