Chop the onion and garlic. Halve the cherry tomatoes.
Boil the farro as directed, for about 13-20 mins. Let rest.
Fry the onion and garlic in olive oil until it starts to soften. Add the corn and continue cooking. Add also the farro and warm thoroughly. Add the tomatoes and cook for 1-2 mins more. Season with pepper and serve warm as a side.
