Sausages with oregano, mushrooms and olives
Ingredients:
- 450 g good pork sausages
- 1 tsp oil
- 1 tbsp dried oregano
- 2-3 garlic cloves, sliced
- 400 g can chopped tomatoes + 1/2 tin water or red wine
- 100 g black olives
- 500 g mushrooms, quartered
- 1 tbsp hot chili paste, optional
- small bunch of parsley
- bread and picked chillies, optional

3-4 servings
How to make:
Cut the sausages in bite-sized pieces and brown in oil. Add all the remaining ingredients and simmer for 15-20 mins.
Serve bowls of stew pasta sprinkled with chopped parsley. Serve bread and pickled chillies on the side.
