Hungarian Sausage

Ingredients:
- 1 kg ground pork and beef (5:2)
- 1/2 cup cold beer
- 1/2 tbsp salt
Spices to grind:
- 1 tsp whole anise seeds
- 1 tsp whole mustard seeds
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- 3-4 bay leaves, torn into pieces
- 1 tsp dried coriander
Other spices:
- 1 tbsp mild paprika
- 1 tbsp hot paprika
- 3-4 cloves, minced
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp ground thyme
How to make:
Grind the spices. Knead everything until very well combined; can also use a mixer. Use the same day or weigh 100-150 g servings and freeze.
